Firstly I managed to catch up on a Nuthatch today whilst checking some work at Fradley Junction. Nice. Just had a look on Birdguides as my pager died this morning and if I got a day off and lots of money and luck I could nail 6 lifers in 1 day, Dark Eyed Junco, Ring-billed Gull and Spanish Sparrow down south and Coues Arctic Redpoll, Western Sandpiper and Lesser White-fronted Goose in Norfolk. Anyone fancy a roadtrip?
