Back to good old local patch work and a slow stomp around the Whitemoor Haye lanes got me Mistle Thrush, Woodpigeon, Swallow, Wren, Chaffinch, Tree Sparrow, Magpie, Carrion Crow, Skylark, Lapwing, Dunnock, Stock Dove, Canada Geese, Common Whitethroat, Little Owl, Greenfinch, Buzzard, Blue Tit, 121 Mute Swan, 2 Grey Partridge, Mallard, Dunnock, Blackbird, Goldfinch, Great Tit, Lesser Black-backed Gull, Kestrel, Pheasant, Robin, Grey Heron, Corn Bunting and Pied Wagtail. On to the quarry pool and I added Tufted Duck, Redshank, Blackcap, Teal, Ringed Plover, Common Tern, Black-headed Gull, Starling, Chiffchaff, Willow Warbler, Oystercatcher, Yellow Wagtail and a Wheatear. I was going to head to Croxall after here but I was starting to get a bit knackered and the weather was starting to turn so I ended on a high at Whitemoor.
